2. Educational Eligibility
It is mandatory to check your eligibility before filling out the application:

General and OBC: A minimum of 50% marks in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a university established by law is required.

B.E. / B.Tech (Engineering): Candidates specializing in Mathematics and Science must have a minimum of 55% marks.

SC / ST: Candidates who have passed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree are eligible.

Visually Impaired Candidates: A relaxation of 5% in the minimum educational eligibility at the graduate level will be provided.

Appearing Candidates: Candidates appearing for their final qualifying examination in 2026 are also eligible to apply. However, they must meet the minimum eligibility criteria before the counseling process.
3. Application Fee
The application fee is categorized into two phases:
Normal Fee (From 10.02.2026 to 05.03.2026):

4. How to Apply Online?
The online application process will be completed in three steps:

Step One (Registration): Visit the Bundelkhand University, Jhansi website at bujhansi.ac.in and click the provided link. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number to complete the registration. You will receive a 15-digit registration number and password.

Step Two (Completing the Application): Log in using your registration number and password to fill in the required information.

Step Three (Payment and Printing): Pay the entrance examination fee through the payment gateway (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card) and take a printout of the application form.
5. Important Instructions

Correction Window: Candidates will be given an opportunity to correct errors in specific fields (Subject Group, Gender, Weightage, Language, Photo, Signature, and Exam Center) within 5 days after the last date of application.

Email and Mobile: Use your personal email ID and mobile number as all future communications will be sent to these.

OBC Certificates: The Caste Certificate for OBC candidates must be issued on or after April 01, 2023. Additionally, an Income Certificate issued on or after July 01, 2025, must be uploaded.

Other State Candidates: Reserved category candidates from states other than Uttar Pradesh will be treated as ‘General’ category for this exam.
6. Examination Format
While the detailed format is on page 16 of the brochure, the exam typically consists of two papers covering General Knowledge, Language, General Aptitude, and Subject-specific ability.
