The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Admit Card for the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate [CUET UG] 2026 examination. Candidates who have successfully registered for the examination can now download their hall ticket from the official website. The CUET UG 2026 examination will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode at various examination centres across India and abroad. According to the latest public notice issued by NTA on 05 May 2026, the examination is scheduled to be held from 11 May 2026 to 31 May 2026.
CUET UG is one of the most important entrance examinations for students seeking admission into undergraduate courses in Central Universities and other participating institutions across the country. Lakhs of candidates are expected to appear in the examination this year. Candidates are advised to download their admit card as soon as possible and carefully verify all details mentioned on it including name, roll number, exam centre, exam date, reporting time, and subject details.
As per the official notification, NTA had already released the Advance Exam City Intimation Slip on 29 April 2026. Now the final admit card has been activated on the official portal from 05 May 2026 onwards. Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo identity proof to the examination centre.

CUET UG 2026 Exam Pattern
The examination will be conducted in CBT mode across different shifts. According to the notification, each examination shift will have a duration of 3 hours. A candidate may appear for a minimum of 1 subject and a maximum of 3 subjects in a single shift.
If a candidate has been allotted 3 subjects in one shift, then the full duration of 3 hours will apply. Candidates allotted 2 subjects may leave the examination hall after completing their test.
Candidates are advised to check the subject details carefully on the admit card before appearing for the examination.

- Visit the official CUET website.
- Click on the “CUET UG Admit Card 2026” link.
- Enter Application Number and Date of Birth.
- Fill the security pin correctly.
- Click on the Submit button.
- Your admit card will appear on the screen.
- Download and print the hall ticket for future use.

Important Instructions for Candidates
NTA has issued several important guidelines for candidates appearing in CUET UG 2026 examination. Candidates should read all instructions mentioned on the admit card carefully.
- Carry a printed copy of the admit card.
- Bring a valid photo identity proof.
- Reach the examination centre before reporting time.
- Electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
- Follow all examination hall instructions carefully.
- Candidates whose live photographs did not match with Aadhaar during application form submission must carry the required verification certificate signed by Principal, Head Master, or Class-I Gazetted Officer.
Candidates failing to produce valid identity documents may not be allowed to appear in the examination.
