Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed at least 10th (Matriculation) from a recognized board. The qualification should be completed on or before 01 August 2025.

Age Limit

Age will be calculated as on 01 August 2025:

• General (Male): 18 to 37 years
• General (Female): 18 to 40 years
• OBC/EBC: 18 to 40 years
• SC/ST: 18 to 42 years

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of two stages:

1. Written Examination
The written exam will have 100 questions carrying 100 marks. Questions will be asked from Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and General Knowledge.

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates who qualify in the written exam will be called for the physical test, which includes running, shot put, and high jump.

• Male: 1.6 km run (maximum 6 minutes)
• Female: 1 km run (maximum 5 minutes)

The final merit list will be prepared based on Physical Test performance.

Height:

• Male: 165 cm (160 cm for some categories)
• Female: 155 cm

Chest (Only for Male):

• General: 81–86 cm
• SC/ST: 79–84 cm

Weight (Female): Minimum 48 kg

Reservation will be provided as per Bihar Government rules:

• 35% reservation for women
• Reservation for Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
