JSSC Assistant Jailor Physical Test Centre and Reporting Time

The physical test schedule identifies three selection boards for conducting the examination across Jharkhand. The uploaded official notice provides the following details for Selection Board 01. Candidates belonging to other selection boards must check their respective venue and reporting arrangements in the official notice and individual admit card.

Selection Board 01 – Ranchi, Palamu and Kolhan Region

• Examination Centre: JAP-1 Ground, Doranda, Ranchi, Jharkhand
• Reporting Time: 6:00 AM
• Entry Begins: 6:30 AM
• Gate Closing Time: 11:45 AM
• First Scheduled Date in the Notice: 28 October 2026

The reporting and entry times listed above are for the specified selection board in the official schedule. Candidates must not assume that the same arrangements apply to every centre. They should follow the exact date, venue, and timings printed on their own admit cards. Reaching the centre late may create problems with entry and verification, so candidates should plan their travel in advance.

Details to Check on the Admit Card

After downloading the JSSC Assistant Jailor Admit Card 2026, candidates should carefully verify the following information:

• Candidate’s name
• Registration number
• Examination or recruitment name
• Physical test date
• Examination centre and complete address
• Reporting time and entry instructions
• Photograph and other identification details, where printed
• Important instructions issued by the Commission

If a candidate notices an error or cannot access the admit card, the matter should be brought to the attention of the official recruitment authority through its prescribed contact or grievance process. Candidates should not wait until the examination day to resolve an important discrepancy.

Documents and Preparations for Physical Examination

Candidates should prepare for the physical test by keeping the admit card and the documents specified in the official instructions ready. A printed admit card is particularly important because it contains the candidate’s examination details and may be required during entry and verification.

Candidates should read the individual hall ticket to determine which original identity documents, photographs, certificates, or other records are required. They should not assume that every document used during the application process must necessarily be submitted again, or that a particular document is sufficient, without checking the official directions.

For physical preparation, candidates should follow a sensible routine that includes adequate rest, hydration, and appropriate exercise. They should avoid suddenly starting intense workouts immediately before the test. Candidates who are unfamiliar with the physical test requirements should consult the relevant recruitment notification and official instructions rather than relying on unverified social media posts.

Why Is the JSSC Assistant Jailor Admit Card Important?

The JSSC Assistant Jailor Admit Card 2026 is an important document for candidates appearing in the PET/PST stage of JAJCE-2025. It helps identify the candidate and provides the details needed to attend the scheduled physical examination. The admit card and official schedule also help candidates confirm the examination date and reporting arrangements.

Candidates should remember that downloading an admit card does not by itself guarantee final selection or appointment. It permits an eligible candidate to attend the relevant examination stage, subject to the Commission’s rules and verification procedures. Candidates must fulfil the prescribed physical standards and efficiency requirements and comply with all other conditions of the recruitment process.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates appearing in the JSSC Assistant Jailor physical test should follow these important instructions:
