The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Public Notice for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2026 Session 2. This is the second opportunity for engineering aspirants to secure their seats in India’s top-tier technical institutes.
Course Description
JEE (Main) is a national-level entrance examination conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering and architecture programs (B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Planning). It serves as the primary gateway for admission to National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs).

Application Process & Fees
According to the NTA guidelines, candidates can apply through online mode only via the official website.

For Existing Candidates (Session 1 Applicants):

You must login using your Session 1 Application Number and Password.

You only need to select the Paper, Medium of Examination, and City choices.

You are required to pay the examination fee for Session 2.

- For General, OBC, EWS : ₹ 1000/- To 2000/-
- For SC / ST, PwD : ₹ 500/- To 1000/-

If you did not apply for Session 1, you must register as a fresh candidate.
